Background

Haley Noykoff is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers navigating anxiety and OCD. She understands how overwhelming this season can feel  the intrusive thoughts, the constant “what ifs,” the pressure to do everything perfectly  and she helps women find steady ground again.

As a mom of three, Haley truly gets it. She knows firsthand the emotional roller coaster of motherhood and creates a compassionate, judgment-free space where women can speak openly about the thoughts they’re afraid to say out loud.

Haley uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavial Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help moms reduce anxiety, challenge intrusive thoughts, and regain confidence and true self love in themselves. She was recently appointed Co-Lead of the Perinatal Partners Delaware County Chapter, deepening her commitment to improving access to quality perinatal mental health care in the community.

Outside of counseling, Haley is a mother to 3 little ones. She is a fierce advocate for dance breaks, quality caffeine, and art. She believes in finding passion and joy in all the little places.
